Verduzzo Spumante di Motta

Sparkling, pale straw yellow colored wine with delicate floral notes and fruity aromas of pear, peach and a touch of citrus.
On the palate, these sensations are presented with sweet notes meanwhile introducing a mild bitter note which prolongs the lingering aftertaste.

Alcohol: 11.5% Vol.
Production area: Province of Treviso (Veneto)
Varietal: Verduzzo Trevigiano biotype “Motta”
Agronomic characteristics:
The vineyard is cultivated on medium-textured almost clayey soil, exposed towards the southeast. Using Guyot and Silvoz training system, with a density of 4500 plants per hectare. The fertilization is organic, integrated with phytosanitary defense.
Production process:
The harvested and destemmed grapes are placed in a tank with a controlled temperature of 7-9 ° C, after 12 hours the grape must is separated from the skins, the skins are then softly pressed and the grape must starts its fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Once fermentation is completed the decanted wine is put in an autoclave to ferment again and where it remains for about 2 months.
After this period the wine is ready to be bottled and put on the market.
Food Pairing: Inviting as an aperitif, this wine goes well with seafood appetizers and all shellfish also with soups and risottos (Italian rice dish).
Serving temperature: 6 ~ 8 ° C

Dolce Delizia Spumante Dolce

A fine, elegante and sweet sparkling wine with a straw yellow color, pleasantly aromatic, light and fruity.
Recalling the aromatic and floral sensations of muscat grapes. Velvet on the palate, full of flavor with a sweet aftertaste.

Alcohol: 9.5% Vol.
Production area: Province of Treviso (Veneto)
Varietal: Grapes Malvasia i.g.t. Veneto
Agronomic characteristics:
The vineyard is cultivated on medium-textured almost clayey soil, exposed towards the southeast. Using Guyot and Silvoz training system, with a density of 4500 plants per hectare. The fertilization is organic, integrated with phytosanitary defense.

After this period the wine is ready to be bottled and put on the market.
Food Pairing: Goes well in sweet company with cakes and pastries.

Prosecco Spumante DOC Treviso

Straw colored sparkling wine with a fine and elegant aroma, an intense, sapid and delicate taste with a pronounced, persistent perlage. A pleasant sensation on the palate with very delicate floral and mineral notes.
